Twenty (20) Year Limited Warranty for Glass
We provide doors and replacement windows in Massapequa that come with High-Performance™ Low-E4® glass that can make your home cozier. This insulated glass can reduce the heat that enters and leaves your home, lessening your reliance on your HVAC units and lowering your energy costs. They are warranted to be free from defects in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship for 20 years from the original date of installation.
They are also warranted not to develop, under normal use and conditions, any material obstruction of vision resulting from manufacturing defects. This also includes results from premature failure of glass or organic seal. Slight glass curves, minor scratches or other imperfections in the glass, which do not cause any problems on the product’s structural rigidity, are not covered by this Limited Warranty. The same applies if it does not significantly obscure normal vision.
Two (2) Year Limited Warranty on Installation
We offer windows installation in Massapequa that comes with a period of two years limited warranty from the original date of installation. Renewal by Andersen and other Andersen company brand products installed by an authorized dealer come with this protection. If your Renewal by Andersen window and door fail to perform based on our specifications due to faulty installation during this period, we will bring the workmanship up to our professional standards at no added cost to you.
This Limited Warranty on installation however, does not cover labor or services performed by anyone other than the original authorized installer. This also does not extend to the installation or repair of any finishing or other materials, which has been applied to or adjacent to the product after the original installation.
Ten (10) Year Limited Warranty For Components Other Than Glass
Our windows, which include casement, picture, and sliding windows in Massapequa, feature a patented frame composite called Fibrex®. It has the strength of wood and low-maintenance qualities of vinyl. The frames, as well as the sash of our windows, are warranted not to flake, rust, blister, peel, crack, pit, corrode, or rot under normal use for 10 years from the initial installation date.
The non-glass and non-Fibrex material parts of our windows and doors are warranted free from defects in manufacturing, materials and workmanship for a period of 10 years from the original date of installation. This includes, but is not limited to, parts such as locks, lifts, balance systems, hinges, handles, insect screens, and weather stripping.
We may elect to either repair or replace any defective Renewal by Andersen products or parts for you, at no cost during the coverage period.
