Results of Our Window Durability Study

The objective of the study was to see if our Fibrex replacement windows still display their qualities after 20 years. We removed ten double-hung window units from a client’s home in Minnesota, a state notable for its harsh winters and humid summers. On-site tests were conducted, together with extensive laboratory work.

The results of the window durability study provided us great insight to our products’ capabilities. Even after 20 years of exposure to Minnesota weather, the window units still operate and look as good as they did when they were first installed. Also, the frames did display have noticeable damage. The test proved once and for all that Fibrex windows stand the test of time and are built to last.
