This is why every consultation is unique — instead of just taking measurements and checking items off an order form, our consultants will first determine your styles and tastes, and what you want to achieve with your new windows. Our design consultant will then help you incorporate these factors into what will ultimately become the replacement windows that your home deserves.

You Don’t Have to Know Everything About Windows

Some of our homeowners know what they want even before they schedule a design consultation — window styles, trim color, French doors or sliding doors, even the hardware finish — but most do not, apart from knowing that they need new windows. Either way, we’ll work with you and come up with the right replacement windows for your home.

Your Safety Is Our Priority

Even when strict COVID-19 quarantines were in effect, we at Renewal by Andersen have adjusted the way we conduct design consultations, thanks to video calls and virtual design software. With quarantine protocols slowly being relaxed in many areas around the country, some people actually preferred having virtual consultations, so we’re offering both as options. Our project technician will still need to come over to your home to take accurate measurements (and, later on, our installers to install the new windows), but we will continue to observe safety protocols.

What Happens After the Design Consultation? 

At the end of the consultation, you will receive an electronic version of the contract, complete with a detailed estimate of the project that you can review and sign later.
