Generally, we offer a 20-year limited warranty covering Fibrex® and glass and a 10-year limited warranty for the sash, frame and locking mechanism. Installation is covered with a two-year limited warranty.

Our durable Fibrex windows are tried and tested in various environments, ensuring they won’t rust, peel, pit, corrode, crack, rot or blister under normal use within 10 years of their installation date. The same length of coverage is also provided for other window parts, such as the locks, balance systems, lifts, handles, hinges, insect screens and finishes.
You can also rest assured that the glass is free from defects in materials, manufacturing and workmanship on the day of window installation. Insulated glass is guaranteed not to develop leaks in the seal or problems that will obstruct the view.
